Leadership Studies, PhD

Admission standards for graduate studies at California Baptist University can be found in the admissions section of the University Catalog.  In addition, each candidate must meet the following requirements for this program:

• Prerequisite

• Statistics (This must be completed within the first two semesters of the program.)

• In place of a written statement of purpose, write a professional essay addressing the following:

• Please address why you want to study leadership at the PhD level and your reason(s) for choosing a PhD program over other doctoral degree types in leadership studies such as an EdD, DMin or DPLS (Doctorate Program in Leadership Studies).

• Please identify a general area of interest(s) for your dissertation research, knowing that it can change as you progress through the program.
